Finding the root of something that bother us is where the solution is usually
B: Bad traffic bothers me. How do I get to the root of it
A: Is it really the bad traffic that bother u or is it something else?
B: Well traffic is people driving, so people mentality to traffic.I think
A: when u said bad traffic, i was thinking about road blocks due to signal etc
B: No no, people driving badly
A: Do you agree that every individual is different & everyone might have something happening in their life at every moment?
before i forget.. i'll put these here.. Everyday you would be coming across different individual and they would be acting in different ways depending on their current mood. If they had good mood, they will be in their best behavior and vice versa.
If none of these things help, this one might. I do this at times when something gets to my mind. Everyday when you get up is your new day. Till you sleep you're alive, once you go to sleep it is like you're entering death. I say this because, you will be alive the next day if you open your eyes and this part we will know only the next day. So if you start to see your life as though you just have just those 24hrs or whatever. I think you might have way better time.
B: When we used to go to school. Whatever the mood, we had to attend the classes. And go by the rules

A: When you accept that not everyone is perfect, even me(you) then you will be at peace.
Example: My mom gets irritated by sewer smell when we pass by some sewers. I sense that smell too but I do not get irritated by it because I have accepted that this is how it is going to be.
Its like that crackers example I gave u in the video I had shared when you asked me. You get bothered by things that you pay attention to. You see a cracker about to burst, you start to react. You walk by w/o paying attention, you'll be fine. (You might just react to it when it goes off if you walk really close by but I guess that is better than being bothered by it all the time even if it wont do anything)
B: What if the issue escalated to become a health issue
A: I feel that as long as it is psychological then it should get solved as long as we dont pay attention to things.
B: What if you start having elevated heart rate, and stress induced headache,
A:Another example. Near our house, there is a store which sells cigarettes and there are lot of people who smoke there.. That smoke come to our home due to wind. My mom gets irritated by it alot, she has often complained to the guy to take measures which he didnt do much. She has tried alot of other things as well. Even I do smell the smoke but I don't get irritated by it as much as my mom does. If it gets too much, I just go close the windows of my room. If I were to deal with the situation, I would go and setup a big chimney for his shop so that he could make them sit inside and smoke and the smoke would go to air. Since I'm not that good financially, I cant do it. So I'll do the former.

A:I just feel that if you start to forgive people for whatever they might be doing.. you will have better life

A: I would go tell the person once or twice, if he wont listen, there is nothing I could do.

A: See, this is the kind of world we have created. We need to change ourself and try to tell people what they're doing is wrong if their actions hurt others. If they don't see it then it is of no use to expect things from them
B: Wouldn’t you try to change your house ventilation ?
A: We can do that and it is one of the solution.
